Frequently asked questions
Where are you located?
We're located at 206 South Avenue in Media, Pennsylvania! Check out more details about our office here.
Our therapists - Nat Adey, LSW and Em Evans, LSW - are licensed to provide virtual psychotherapy for anyone in the state of Pennsylvania. We're available for presentations, consultation, and other education services virtually, as well.

If you're interested in having us come to you for our professional development services, we're able to travel to locations in southeast Pennsylvania - which means that if you're in Delaware County, Philadelphia County, Chester County, Bucks County, or Montgomery County, you're in luck!

Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, not yet.

The cost of mental health services bums us out. As people who work as therapists and who see therapists of our own, we're acutely aware that the private pay structure isn't accessible for most people. We're actively looking for ways that we can fix that in our own practice and in the systems we're a part of.

We're working towards being able to take insurance soon. In the meantime, we work with Mentaya to make it easier for clients to use their out-of-network benefits with us where it's possible.

We have a limited number of sliding scale spots available in our caseload for those who would not otherwise be able to afford our services. Reach out to us for more information.

If none of these options work for you, we see you. We know that finding an affordable therapist who gets you is no easy feat, and we understand the frustration that comes with that search. If we're not the right fit for you, we might be able to refer you to someone who is - and we hope that you'll keep us in mind for the future, when we're able to offer a broader range of more accessible services.
How do I pay for my sessions?
We'll get you set up with our online client portal which can automatically charge the card you put on file! We can generate superbills for you automatically, as well.

Currently, we do not accept cash or check payment for therapeutic services.
